The solid parquet counter tops are laminated with a completely non-toxic, food grade, and most importantly,
formaldehyde free adhesive. The adhesive is so safe that you can even prepare food directly on the counter; far
lower than required by OSHA (USA) E1 (European) CARB phase 1 and 2 and the Japanese JIS/JAS (F**). This
adhesive is not used on the food contact surfaces.
